夫人家里没有,
就改用枸杞子。。。
昨晚夫人把果冻煮好,
今天董事长回来,
就可以帮他摇一摇,晃一晃,凉一凉,降降火气了。。咔咔。。^^
在入口时,果冻还会在口里。。颤丫颤丫颤丫的。。。
想不想也吃一口。。。颤一颤。。。
但,切记小心慢慢品尝,因为hor一不小心,
就好像坐翘翘板这样“shoot”一声滑进喉咙的咯!!

食谱来自Elinluv's:
菊花凉茶果冻 (夫人大概做一半的分量; 有五碗)
材料:
半包的干菊花 (浸洗干净)备用
枸杞子适量
蔗糖适量
1250ml 水
夫人用1.5tsp美人鱼菜燕粉
以下是夫人的做法:
1. 把1250ml的水煮沸后,加入浸洗干净的菊花煮大概20分钟。
2. 把菊花花朵拿起来,加入枸杞子蔗糖,当蔗糖融化后,把1.5tsp (加点水伴均)倒入。
3. 再把菊花茶煮至燕粉融化即可。
4. 倒入瓦杯里,加入菊花花朵和枸杞子做装饰。
5. 待凉后,收入冰箱隔夜。

Chrysanthemum Herbal Tea Jelly
1 pkt of dried yellow chrysanthemum flowers – soaked & washed clean
( from the Chinese medical hall)

a small amount of ginseng roots
½ pkt of cane sugar – add more if you want it sweeter
2500ml of water
1 heaped teaspoon of agar agar powder
Preparation:
1. Boil 2500 ml water in a pot on medium heat, when the water boils, add in the dried chrysanthemum flowers, ginseng roots and cane sugar and boils for another ½ hr .

2500ml of water
1 heaped teaspoon of agar agar powder
Preparation:
1. Boil 2500 ml water in a pot on medium heat, when the water boils, add in the dried chrysanthemum flowers, ginseng roots and cane sugar and boils for another ½ hr .
2. Sieved out the flowers .
3. Dissolve the agar agar powder with 3 tbsp of water and add to the chrysanthemum tea. Boil over low heat until the agar agar powder has totally dissolved.
4. Pour into ramekins and decorate with a piece of chrysanthemum flower each . When it is cool, put into the fridge to set the jellies. It will set in 4 - 5 hours.
Note: If you prefer the texture to be harder, add a bit more of the agar agar powder.
